How Do you Unclip Peloton Shoes?

To release the cleat from the pedal, you have to twist your ankle outwards. You will feel the pressure released from the cleat as you do this, and you might even hear a clipping sound. Keep repeating this action until you are comfortable. Start with your weaker foot, and once you’ve got that right, move on to the next one.
The next step is to practice while moving, and pay attention as this can be difficult. While slowing down your bike, simply twist the ankle of your weaker foot outwards to unclip during motion.
